Hibiscus New Year
The background of this altered book was painted and prepared in advance of the actual journaling. I enjoy sitting down and creating with paint, collage, transfers etc. on several page spreads at a time. When the urge to journal strikes I chose a page that speaks to me in the moment.

Mandala Mania!!
I am drawing Mandalas every single day lately!! The symmetrical lines and curves are soothing and relaxing to me - I am always excited to see what Mandala I will create next.....
